Strait talking again

ok excuse all the news articles, just that this is what i'm studying this year and i find it really interesting..

Picking up where they left off in 1999

THE previous attempt by China and Taiwan to end their decades of official acrimony ended in a mutual huff. But now they are talking to each other again as if nothing had happened. At their first formal negotiations in nearly a decade, which began in Beijing on June 12th, the two sides are ignoring political differences and focusing on air services and tourism.
The two teams appeared on track to sign an agreement on June 14th that would allow Chinese tourists to visit Taiwan without, as at present, having to go through third countries (visitors to the Taiwan-controlled outlying islands of Kinmen and Matsu can already go directly). The new tourism arrangement is expected to start in July, along with the launch of weekend charter passenger flights. On their first day of talks, the two sides agreed to set up representative offices to handle visas in each other's territories.

Musicality..

a few tracks new and old that i'm diggin

Bodzin & Huntemann - Rubin
sick tune from back in the natural groove days. Phat repetitive bass drop

MOBY - I Love to Move in Here (Crookers Crack Mix)
http://depositfiles.com/files/5372891

This is fairly new one of three mixes done by the crookers, this is my favourite, i like how the drop gets you when you not expecting it

this is some sick epic tune, be patient, the 'kick' is worth the wait and that oh so sweet build up, hmmm

Not the best Crookers tunes but still nice party tracks

This is a legendary tune, does the original track loads of justice

One of the sickest tracks of 2007 in my opinion

primary 1 - hold me down (foamo remix)
pure pure sickness!!!! fidget candy
Knee deep - All about love
really chilled deep track

Enjoy and remember, support the artists

Fear Grows Over Zimbabwe Elections

BY ALAN COWELL
Published: June 20, 2008

As more opposition supporters in Zimbabwe were reported killed, a prominent African grouping issued unusually blunt public criticism of President Robert Mugabe on Thursday, saying there was “every sign” that next week’s presidential run-off election “will never be free nor fair.”
The criticism seemed to reflect growing apprehension and impatience among Zimbabwe’s neighbors, a day after President Thabo Mbeki of South Africa, the regional mediator, launched what was depicted as an inconclusive final effort to ease growing tensions before the June 27 ballot.

trust the chinese to go overboard on the architecture and buildings for the 2008 Olympic games, insert: the Beijing National Stadium or Birds Nest and the Olympic Swim Stadium. Pity they don't pay as much attention to Human Rights, Labour practices and their support for rogue states.

you can't handle the Truth...

what an eventful and interesting weekend!! it probably qualifies as one of the best times i've ever had. well as usual i was at my home away from home, truth, in midrand. me and my boy ando were determined to have a good time, armed with a bottle of Romanoff vodka and lots of energy. on our way there we discovered kyle watson was also gonna play, bingo right. anyway must say kyles set was nice and dirty, just how we like it. oh ya and another friend got his debut at truth at the upstairs minimal floor, delivering a deep down and dirty set, well done mr John Chivos. the night however goes to the legendary Mr Jon S, for arguably one of the best sets i've ever heard at truth. ando and i jammed tilled they stopped the music at 7am, yeah crazy times. anyway here are some tunes from the night. peace
