Frankie

Cats & Dogs like Frankie. Its these type of trippy lyrics that just has this track in the top half of my most played playlist already. 80 kidz, manages to merge funk and indie so effortlessly and it sounds like they had a good time doing it.

80 Kidz - frankie (vocals - the shoes)

LI\ive.Shout.Run

This is an ode to the guy who basically started it all, yes you've probably guessed. Switch aka Dave Taylor aka Solid Groove is no stranger to House heads, with banger after banger being created by this Legend. What follows is a more soulful synthy number that you can't help but keep listening to. Enjoy it

Pest - Pat Pong (Solid Groove Remix)

Von Stroke

Here's a chap who manages to surprise me with each and every offering of his. Claude Von Stroke is a master of the game who's been around for a while. It's the first time i've been exposed to the deeper side of the man, but man is it intense. Relax, after all its a sunday

RE-Define

This is Huge, Intensely, Immensely, Gargantuan. Brabe aka Bram Faber, has managed to re-ignite this hope that fidget does in fact deserve its place as a genre. This track is so different and out there, that you might get an epileptic fit listening to it. Good luck to the two steppers cause i don't know how you'll jam to this. Its fast, hard, bouncy-as-fuck FIDGET!! It wont rock your socks, rather it'll rock your Life.

Brabe - Inner Time

Say Goodbye

I've got a nasty feeling that unless fidget somehow re-invents itself its gonna die soon. Already certain clubs are feeding into the commercial machine and only playing yuppie bouncy tracks with no substance whatever. Anyway I'm glad that Foamo hasn't completely abandoned fidget in favour of Dubstep. This little number is wonky and surprisingly catchy, the Roisin Murphy sample completes this little number perfectly, get it and remember just cause you don't wanna jump up and do the two step, it doesn't mean it ain't fidget. Peace

Kidbass - Goodgirls Love Rudeboys (Foamo Remix)

Ezekiel 25 v 17

After watching Pulp Fiction, i truly appreciate the meaning of this verse, look it up. Anyway here's an equally badasssss tune by non other than a collabo effort between, Lee Mortimer and Foamo! Heavy! Well its a really maniacal piece of music effortlessly blending electro, fidget and dubstep influences. It's really going down

Lee Mortimer & Foamo - It's Going Down

Shutter Up

Instead of my regular apology for being away for so long, i'd rather ask you to be patient as its becoming increasingly difficult to blog. Well now thats out of the way, how's about some tunes? First up, got this chilling tech track laced with electro goodness, this time Andycap is responsible, dont worry i'd never heard of him either but thanks to this, i will certainly keep a lookout. Enjoy

Are We Human

Tech-no? Tech_Yes baby! I'm really eating my own words here, i once told a friend that Techno sucked and that I'd never like it. Well i was wrong, yeah well this track made me a believer, its so simple and almost mechanical, it leans more on the minimal side, but wow what a gem. You gotta get it. Guess this Leeks guy deserves a medal for converting me
